Q) How do I order a gown?

A) After finding your dream gown, your Consultant will take 3 key measurements: bust, waist and hips. Based on the standard sizing chart for the brand you're ordering, we will discuss sizing and recommend a size based on the measurements taken. We require 60% down deposit when ordering a new wedding gown (you can pay more if you choose) and the remaining balance is paid within 30 days of notification that the gown has arrived.


Q) How do I know my bridal size?

A) Great question! It's going to depend on a couple factors! One is the Designer, another is the style of dress you're going with and also how your body is portioned. We need a bust, waist and hip measurement, which we can guide you through over social media, no issues! A good rule can be take your day size (ex: 8) and add four to it (ex: 8+4=12) and, voila! Your bridal size! However, if you go with a more fitted style and have larger hips, you would need to size up. It's easier to take in a gown than it is to let out. We are happy to aid you in this process to make sure you go with a size that feels right for you. Remember, what we have in store is a sample so measurements help us the most to dictate what size is best for you.


Q) What items are final sale?

A) All accessories are final sale. This includes belts, veils, jewelry, garters and hair pieces. All of our dresses that are Special Orders, are also final sale. 


Q) When should I place an order?

A) If you are looking to order a wedding gown, we recommend that you allow at least 6 months for your dress to arrive. Depending on the Vendor, we can sometimes work with a shorter period of time. We also like to remind our brides that your gown will require alterations which are usually done 6-8 weeks before your big day. For accessories, it's usually a shorter period of time, typically 3-4 months max.
